• A free no obligation catch up to talk about the ceremony, what I can offer you, and most importantly to see if we click.

• Up to 3 subsequent meetings for planning.

• Supply and preparation of all legal documents. Note: A Notice of Intention to Marry (NOIM) form must be completed and lodged no later than one calendar month prior to the wedding day. This will be done at the first planning meeting.

• Unlimited calls, emails and messaging.

• Ceremony script preparation, the final approval is all yours.

• Help with writing personal vows if required.

• Arrive one hour early on the day to set up.

• Ceremony rehearsal the day before.

• Ceremony customised to suit you, normally around 20-30 minutes.

• Use of my PA system and wireless microphone.

• Travel to and from your venue. Package includes travel to Melbourne and within 50km of Geelong. Locations outside of this attract a small travel fee of $0.50 per kilometre.

• Completion and lodgement of all legal documents.

• For an additional fee, I can order your official marriage certificate through Births Deaths & Marriages as part of the lodgement process. The fee is $61.40 which is paid in full to Births Deaths & Marriages ($51.40 certificate fee plus $10 postage)

This package is designed as a standard base package. As we are all unique and you may have other ideas for your big day, I am very happy to discuss these ideas with you, and can include other components of the ceremony at an agreed additional cost.
