How it All Happens

I will confirm that I am available on your date and arrange a free no obligation catch up, usually over a coffee.

This meeting is just to make sure that we are a good fit, as I completely understand that we are all human and not everyone is a good match for everyone, and that is ok.

Step 1. Let's Catch Up

If you feel that we are a good match and would like to lock me in, get in touch, pay the booking fee, and we are good to go.

You can contact me any time with any questions or ideas that you may have. I am usually quick to reply, so please feel free to lean on me.

Step 2. Lock Me In

The planning begins. We will arrange our meetings, go over the ceremony details, gather information for the script preparation, and discuss all other important details leading up to the big day.

There will be lots of back and forth messaging and calls, just all part of the fine tuning to get the ceremony just the way you want it.

Step 3. Planning

I will arrive 1 hour early to set up, do sound checks, and meet the other members of your team and your guests.

I will get everyone settled in and relaxed ready, so when you arrive the atmosphere will be set and all you need to do is soak up every minute of magic that is your wedding ceremony.

Step 4. On the Day

Over the next few days I will lodge your marriage documents with Births Deaths & Marriages. Your marriage will then be officially registered.

Once the process at the Births Deaths & Marriages office is complete, normally takes about 4-6 weeks, I will be in contact with details on how to apply for your official marriage certificate.
